Russian President Vladimir Putin has raged bitterly today, after US President Joe Biden pulled off a delightful masterstroke on the eve of Mr. Putin’s national speech.

Mr. Biden dropped by Ukraine’s capital Kyiv and met with Mr. Putin’s nemesis, wartime President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, whose warriors are neutralizing Russian troops by the hundreds every day, completely shattering Mr. Putin’s plans.

The meeting between two of the most powerful men on Earth was ‘extremely fruitful,’ according to sources. The US will soon give Ukraine an extra $500m in military aid, which will likely -and at long last- include long range weaponry to strike key Russian targets far behind enemy lines.

The ailing Russian President is due to give a propaganda speech tomorrow, an event that will be totally overshadowed by the US President’s masterful statesmanship.
