Thirty-five countries are backing the banning of Russian and Belarusian athletes from the upcoming Olympics, which are due to be held in Paris in 2024.

The UK, the US, Germany, Australia, Ukraine, and many others are calling for a total ban on any athletes from the two countries.

According to the courageous wartime President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, allowing any Russian or Belarusian athletes in the competition would ‘stain everything with blood.’
