The international military noose is tightening around Vladimir Putin’s weak neck, as Finland is set to decide on May 12 whether it joins NATO.

It is understood that a decision for the country to apply for NATO membership will officially be made that day.

The move is a direct consequence of Vladimir Putin’s monumental blunder of invading Ukraine. The addition of Finland (and possibly Sweden, another country considering NATO membership), would further infuriate Mr. Putin, and likely aggravate his health, which is reportedly declining fast.
