Time to get a few drinks, have a bit of craic and enjoy the summer.

The draconian lockdown madness is finally coming to an end and will see all services begin to resume early in May.

Along with shops, Mass, museums and hairdressers resuming, pubs both wet and gastro will be allowed outdoor drinking from June 7th.

It’s high time that Ireland sees some sort of normality return to society and is well overdue given that Ireland faced one of the worst lockdowns in the world.

アイルランドでのロックダウンは５月初旬には終わりになる予定で、様々なサービスが再開される見込みです。また、パブなどでは屋外での飲酒が６月７日から可能になります。

このように状況が改善されて行くことを期待しています。ちなみに、アイルランドでのワクチン接種率は約２９％のところに来ているようです。UKでの実例を見ていると、40％ぐらいになれば、明らかに新規感染者数が減少することが期待出来そうです。

日本でのワクチン接種率は2％前後の現状ですが、この５月のGW明けからの追い上げを期待したいところです。それにしても五輪開催の７月までに、一体、何％までを達成出来るのでしょうか？
