The UK is reporting just under 40,000 new coronavirus infections over the past 24h.

Official figures say that there have been 39,962 new cases confirmed in that period of time.

Health authorities have also announced 72 new Covid-19-related deaths.

UKが継続的に下降傾向を辿ることを期待します。

一方で日本、本日（月曜日）の数値は未発表段階ですが、月曜日特有の低い数値が出るのでしょう。それよりも、感染拡大防止対策が継続的に・自主的に実行され続けることを願っています。治療薬の早い投入を祈るばかりです。
