今回（3回目）のフランスのロックダウンは部分的のようです。詳細な中身は原文サイトでご確認下さい。それにしても、フランスの新規感染者数はかなり大きな数値を続けていますので、ロックダウンはもっと早いタイミングで実施することが望ましかったと思います。

同様に、現在の東京都は、既に下げ止まりタイミングは通り過ぎていて、リバウンド開始を呈していることは明らかです。これでまたレベル３とか４になるのを待っているようでは学習能力が無いと言わざるを得ません。立ち上がりを検出した時点で、ピンポイントかまたはエリア（部分的）ロックダウンを即座に実施することが、人命や経済の損失をミニマム化する方法です。あのレベル４になってから、医療崩壊を確認してから緊急事態を宣言すると言う大失策を演じた悪例を繰り返してはなりません。
