“It’s very concerning” – Department of Health announced over 2,000 new Covid-19 cases

Friday’s covid daily case numbers are said to be very concerning to officials in the department who are closely monitoring how the situation is developing.

The Department of Health has announced a further 2,202 new cases of Covid-19 over the past 24 hours.

In an announcement the Department confirmed that a total of 354 people are in hospital .

They also say there are 73 people in ICU with the virus.

アイルランドのワクチン接種率は高い方だと思いますが、それでも感染者数が減らないのは何故？　日本は、ワクチン２回接種は63％ぐらいを推移していますが、感染防止対策は継続すべきです。特にエアロゾル感染を意識すべきです。飛沫感染対策だけしていても対策としては不十分だと認識すべきです。
