Ireland’s Chief Medical Officer is said to be extremely concerned with the high number of people in hospital around the country with covid.

The Department of Health have confirmed that there has been 2,605 Covid-19 cases over the past 24 hours.

In an announcement the Department also confirmed that there are currently 487 people in hospital with Covid-19.

They also say there are 99 people in ICU across the country with the virus.

It’s understood that the number of people in ICU is now of most concern to NPHET claiming that the health service is now under pressure again.

アイルランドの状況は、お隣のUKに近いものを感じます、規模は違いますが。そもそもアイルランド島としては、UKに属する北アイルランドとアイルランド共和国の二つが存在しているので、似通った状態が出現するのかも知れません。
