Russian forces are reportedly gearing for the evacuation of occupied territories ahead of an imminent Ukrainian counter-offensive.

According to reports by Ukrainian resistance groups, Russia-appointed officials and Ukrainian collaborators have prepared evacuation plans and drafted processes to destroy potentially incriminating documentation.

Ukraine is widely expected to launch a much-awaited counter-offensive over the coming weeks. The aim of such action would be to drive a mechanized wedge deep through a narrow sector, likely in the country’s southern territories. Once the mechanized army reaches the enemy’s rear lines, it can swing its axis of attack in any desired direction to rout the Russian army.
